We used them initially to write our Health & Safety Policy then on-going to assist with COSHH, Method Statements & Risk Assessments. When we have required training they have provided both in-house and off-site as required . Following an accident in the warehouse, they managed a full investigation prior to the Health and Safety Executive arriving on site which allowed us to implement remedial action immediately. I would not hesitate in recommending John and his team to make what as a policy is held at arm’s length by most, a subject that can be handled with confidence.
