Auditing on a regular basis is an essential element of your Safety Management System to identify current standards and where possible improvements can be made.

The frequency of audits / site inspections will depend upon the size and complexity of the company / project. The audit / site inspection is carried out with the Premises / Site Manager where specific advice and guidance is given and a written report produced.

Monitoring of site safety performance by auditing on a regular basis is particularly important given the high risks associated with construction work.  Lincsafe carry out regular site inspections for a large number of Clients throughout the UK, the frequency of which is dictated by the Client’s requirements. The inspection audit is carried out with the Site Manager where specific advice and guidance is given and a written report produced.  Such visits help to maintain and raise safety standards throughout the life of the project.
